Hello, my name is Clara and I came to work at the Haven in May, 2003. I am a self-taught knitter. I started when I was 8 and got serious when I was 17, knitting sweaters and finding that multi-color knitting was my favorite. I made Scandinavian sweaters, then added lace and socks and can say that I have always had a project going since. I work Mondays and various other days when needed and enjoy meeting people and helping people with their projects. I also do textile repairs of all kinds.
